Yes, and I understand the reasoning behind it, but I would really like
an AC_OUTPUT_HEADER to behave in a reasonable way. :-)

Try to compile testsuite/java.lang/IsInstanceTest.java with current
Japhar, and you should experience the problem.

This is of course no smallish test case, but I know on no other way to
trigger this then to run the compiler. :-(
