Well that basically my probelem in a Nutshell too I've replace a protion of the JDK
with my own implementation
but if I want to build a bundle for a platform what do I ship in what format.
For the stuff thats not part of my reasearch binary is okay to a point. But who
decides where to draw the line.
The diff stuff seems to be gone to simple be replaced by a big unknown.
Man they really did not consider the OSS development model at all in this licence.
Also the public style test debug
cycles. The only thing I really whant from Sun these days is Hotspot and JFC.
Has any body started on a runtime compiler ala hostspot thre seems to be a lot of
documnetation in the Reaserach community
on Hotspot type technology. I guess well wait and see if its worht persuing.
When are you guys going to get japhar done dammit. : )
