Don't use any font which is not available in Solaris. Use default fonts.

Search the forum, there are mail mains related to this issues.

I am facing one strange problem. I am setting the Stretch with overflow property True for a text field in my Report and it is working fine in local system. But when I am uploading the application in app server which is running on Unix machine (Sun Solaris) it is not working fine. I set the height of the text field 10 and width is 572 and font size is 8. The stretch with Overflow property is true. At run time it may have 2 or 3 line of text. But when 3 lines of text come, then it is stretch properly but when the two lines of text comes …..Still it display the three line of text size .in which it displays the one blank line space.

As per the stretch functionality text should be fit into the text field it should not display the one blank line……………

Why this difference in window machine (local) and UNIX machine. Do I have to set some property so it can work same in both of the machine.

Please tell me.
