- pass pointer to GError as an argument to gnome_rr_config_applicable(),
gnome_rr_screen_refresh() and gnome_rr_screen_new() to reflect the
relevant prototypes in gnome_rr_config.h and gnome_rr.h
- please drop this patch when the code is fixed in svn
