<sheepishly> Ok, I read the FAQ, and removed the line that made cocoon.jar one of the classpath arguments for jserv.properties. Everything else was already set up like Stefano said, so I restarted the server and held my breath. http://bucks/xml/hello.xml looks just like http://bucks/xml/hello.html! Woohoo! Victory is mine! Now to actually do something useful.
