AFAIK servlet zones are only used for servlet execution, although a Zen
master (or even a Zen idiot) could hack on mod_rewrite rules for a while
and prove me wrong. I will say, however, that I've never seen anyone
suggest putting non-class files in a servlet zone.
I put my .jsp and .xml files in $APACHE_ROOT/html/jsp/*.jsp and
.../html/xml/*.xml, respectively, and they work okay.
Did you remember to restart the server? (I know, I'm really reaching
here)
