I stand corrected. I think the basis for my somewhat erroneous
statements was derived from reading literature about older versions of
Java JVM/SDK than 1.1.6. The same goes for MT capabilities of Solaris,
Linux et al.
Thanks to everyone for their informative(and non-flaming) remarks. I
think my knowledge base is up to speed on JServ/JVM/Java SMP
implementations.
