This is good news.  Now you have mod_jserv compiled in.

Meaning, you have no config options for jserv?  If so, simple add them
(examples found in the package).

This is because it cannot find your secret key which is defined by
default (I think).

That's understandable - apache encoutered problems and bails out.  If
you start apache via apachectl error messages will be spelled out for
you.
