I' found this bug a couple of months ago (see
<http://bugs.apache.org/index/full/3674>).
I'm glad to say that it will be fixed in the upcoming
Apache JServ 1.0b4. For now (until the end of the
week, AFAIK) you can use the CVS version or try and
patch it yourself.
