Check the C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache JServ\ApacheJServ.jar, it is
probably 0 bytes long. This is a long running problem and the FTP displays
a message about the problem on the same directory/page as the download
files. You can download a copy from a sepprate .zip or from a unix .tar.gz
Just remember to rename the jar file. Do not forget to remove the dash in
the name.
