I hava a recurring exception in the error_log:
ApacheJServ/1.0: Exception creating the server socket:
java.net.BindException: Address already in use.
It seems like JServ is attepting some kind of polling technique to
determine weather or not it is alive. Is this typical behavior? If so is
there a way to disable this logging activity.
