Sun's JSP 1.0 implementation requires a servlet engine compliant with
the 2.1 version of the servlet API, which is not currently the case for
Apache JServ 1.0b4. There is development effort going on towards 2.1
compliance, but it is not yet ready for production use.
In the mean time, you can use GNUJSP or some other JSP engine that runs
under the 2.0 API.
