Hi,

*YES*,
it works with kaffee, but _slow_ (if you've only 16 MB mem).

I've it running for test purporses on my Cube at home. You've to use the
current Kaffe in the CVS, because the 1.0b4 will break with ApacheJSSI
(I posted a bug fix for BufferedReader in the Kaffe.jar to make ApacheJSSI
work :-). And my servlets work with Oracle JDBC connecting to my Linux
Notebook :-)).

Works fine but is very slow on a Cube with only 16MB (I have),
since you've to give the JVM 32 MB Heap ...

I dunno however, if it compiles right out of the box or if you've to
install some packages (g++ ? .. I've put some Development stuff on the
Cuba once .. and for _me_ it compiled out of the box).

I've made a current jikes-0.53-mips.rpm if someone is interested (It works
fine - and fast :-)

ciao,
 -hen

FM| Whoever got kaffe/linux working with this, please post your experience.

FM| I'm interested in doing this, too.

If Microsoft is the answer, it must have been a VERY silly question.
