Yeah... the jserv.properties file and all the zone.properties files
are in place and I've run through them half a dozen times to check
syntax, directory paths, filenames etc. But the directives to the
jserv module for where to find these files are in the httpd.conf file,
inside IfModule tags, and the server isn't executing these parts of
the file. I know this because I've checked the server-info report, and
under the http-core section it lists all the config commands executed.
