It is not listening!!!!!!!!!!

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no error message when JServ starts and it is not listening.
I have wun auto and manual as root and get no error messages, this is
infuriating as I have run similar configurations without difficulty before.
