Jserv & LDAP

I tried to run Sun JNDI/LDAP undre JServ and consistently recieved error message: 
Cannot instantiate class: com.sun.jndi.ldap.CtxLdapFactory. Even though I can run fine 
with same classes and path with JRun.

Any idea ?
