----------------------------- Please read the FAQ! <http://java.apache.org/faq/> ----------------------------- Sorry for flooding your email, but I've been trying to install jserv for the apst day and a half, I've looked at the faq-o-matic as well. I'm running Apache JServ 1.0 with Apache 1.3.3 My OS is Solaris version 7 (2.7). I followed all the instructions in the INSTALL file to a dot, as well as I've tried following the instructions in the FAQ-o-MATIC for solaris. When following the INSTALL instructions: Everything works fine. When I get to #5 build, the instructions say to >You can see if Apache has loaded the mod_jserv module by executing 'httpd -l' I don't see the mod_jserv module. When following the instructions on the faq-o-matic called DSO Installation with Solaris 2.6, Apache 1.3.6, JServ1.0b3 : I get through with all the instructions, and when I try to start the server back up again I get the following error: # ./apachectl start Syntax error on line 99 of /usr/local/jserv/example/jserv.conf: Invalid command 'SetHandler', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration ./apachectl start: httpd could not be started Thanks for your help, Kate -- -------------------------------------------------------------- Please read the FAQ! <http://java.apache.org/faq/> To subscribe: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives and Other: <http://java.apache.org/main/mail.html/> Problems?: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
