Hi,
I have a single-http, multi-jserv setup that was working just fine. I had
to make some changes in our directory structure for deployment purposes and
now I am having problems. I expected some problems, but I have now checked
and rechecked the .conf and .properties files and I am stumped.
I am getting the following errors when I try to run a servlet:
______
(INFO) balance:virtual host not found or not running
(ERROR) an error returned handling request via protocol "balance"
(ERROR) an error returned handling request via protocol "status"
______
As I said. I have checked my ApJServHost ip/port nums against the
jserv.properties files. I turned on logging in my jserv instances and
verified the port that way as well. Is there any way to determine which
IP/port mod_jserv is looking for at runtime as sanity check against the
ApJServHost entry?
Also, I'm not sure of the significance of "virtual host" in the error
message. I'm not using any virtual hosts on the http server. I assume it's
referring to the JServ instance it's trying to connect to.
Any suggestions?
