hmmm .. dunno if this is a typo or something. but my jserv.properties has
this param as:
zones=ts,rs

ie .. u seem to be missing an '='. try that.

if u r still confused about zones/mount points, etc .. i wrote some docs @
http://nimret.penguinpowered.com/apache which might help.
