No, I didn't -- I asked my Oracle DBA to see if there were any SQL*Net parameters
that might be affecting this, and he didn't know of any (but was also fighting fires
at the time -- reminding me yet again why I didn't want to be a DBA when I grew up
:-). I will ask specifically about these. Thanks!
