You must have some other process bound the the port that JServ wants to use.
Maybe an old ApacheJServ process is hanging around? Doing a netstat -a and
grepping for LISTEN will allow you to see whether there really is something
already bound to the port. If you can't find what process is bound to the port
you could always try a re-boot.
