I have a servlet running in many different solaris and linux environments,
using apache-jserv 1.0, blackdown JDK 1.1.7B (on linux). In all environments
except one, the servlet does not experience any problems.

However, running on a Red Hat 5.2 system with an upgraded kernel
to 2.2.7, it gushes 4 megabyte chunks that I can't attribute to my
application (yet anyway), jserv, or the jvm. But, this kernel is suspicious
because it is different than any of the other environments.

Does anyone have any insight other than it is probably my application,
which I keep looking at. How likely is it that the kernel is the problem?

Thanks.
