Hi,
I've just installed JServ (1.1b1 for RedHat60 (I have Mandrake 6.1)) and
when I try to access the status, I get an error
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /jserv/ on this server
and in /etc/httpd/logs/error_log, I have "[client 127.0.0.1] client
denied by server configuration: /home/httpd/html/jserv" when I try to
access it with localhost.
Same thing if I try to access it using the machine name (except for the
IP address)
Now, if I modify /etc/httpd/conf/jserv/jserv.conf to add the machine IP
in the "allow from", I still get the page with the error but there is no
error in error_log.
Otherwise, everything is in the default configuration. I'm using the
JDK1.2-pre-v2. The servlet IsItWorking works except that the image
doesn't show.
Any idea where the deny comes from?
Thanks,
Jehan
