I have NO idea. ;-( On top of it, I don't have that OS to test on. ;-(

If you have logging turned off, then it isn't really an issue.

Yep, I know, the same thing confuses me all the time as well. ;-)

All you need to do is use --prefix in Apache JServ...there is nothing wrong
with setting it to be /usr/local/apache/jserv. Heck, you can even just set
it to /usr/local/apache.

The nice thing is that the Apache JServ configure script now prints out
where it will put things at the end of the installation. ;-)
