We cannot guess what you are trying to do:
#1. Include version numbers for all software.
#2. Include relevant configuration settings.
#3. Include full descriptions of the problem.

Why even bother with such great and helpful hints. I mean first you claim insufficient
configuration information and thus posting for help is totally useless. I
follow this up with a summary of configuration settings that impacted the
server and you follow up with truly and amazingly helpful (right !) message.
In my experience if one has nothing of value to add then best to not say
anything, its a bandwidth issue too.
