#2. Include relevant configuration settings.

what the heck are you doing here?
wrapper.bin=c:\jdk1.2.1\bin\java.exe
specify this to be the path to JSERV as well as the JSDK:
#wrapper.classpath=@JSERV_CLASSES@
#wrapper.classpath=@JSDK_CLASSES@
Here, install 1.0. Then, replace the .dll and the .jar file and read the
upgrade.html document and that is it.
