TURN OFF HTML EMAIL!

Hmmm...you really didn't include enough of the log output of what you did to
be helpful. I can't tell if this is as a result of previous mistakes or
what. I also can't tell if this caused the rest of the installation to fail.
Please don't make us guess. Include full log files.
