Clark,
Even if I am a Linux user since a long time (0.99), I wouldn't
recommend it for a "Production Server" using mostly servlets. Under
Solaris JVM are not only faster, but also stable and expecially
considering JDK 1.2 I wouldn't recommend going with the BlackDown VM at
this point in time. Hopefully in the future things will change, but for
NOW Solaris is the best choice.
