Here is a snippet from jserv.properities:

wrapper.classpath=C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache
JServ\ApacheJServ.jar
wrapper.classpath=c:\jdk1.2.2\jsdk.jar
wrapper.classpath=C:\Program Files\jswdk-1.0.1\lib\servlet.jar
wrapper.classpath=C:\Program Files\jswdk-1.0.1\lib\jspengine.jar

(I'm probably over-doing it, but I was getting very frustrated)
