Hi, maybe reading the commented jserv.properties could help ....
# Arguments passed to Java interpreter (optional)
# Syntax: wrapper.bin.parameters=[parameters] (String)
# Default: NONE
wrapper.bin.parameters=-mx100m
tested here (http://jnix.penguinpowered.com) and works.
