Setup: Win NT 4.0 SP5 Apache V 1.3 JServ V 1.1b3 When adding a new zone, i need to stop and restart the Apache service TWICE before my new settings get recognized... If i only restart Apache once, i always get the famous message about my JServ installation being misconfigured... I am using the Services app from the NT Control Panel to stop/start Apache... Feature or bug?? >From NT or JServ or Apache?? What am i missing here?? A dangling Java process that need to be killed as well maybe??
