I apologize if this topic is covered in the FAQ, I couldn't find reference
to this problem.

Basically, when a servlet is reloaded, the destroy() method is called. This
is not the case when my server is shutdown and I believe it is related to
the error_log entry:

[Fri Nov 19 16:45:29 1999] [emerg] JServ: wrapper: JServ (10823) didn't die
nicely, killing it

If anyone knows the cause of this error or how to have JServ die nicely, I
would greatly appreciate receiving your help.

I'm using:

Solaris 7 (Intel)

Apache 1.3.9

JServ 1.1b3 (as a static module)

P3-450, 256MB

Thanks!
