I'm sure there are many people who start JServ manually, I do it all the
time. I start it both on the command line and within Kawa.
Just give it as the class you want to run for the project and make sure your
classpath includes the jar.
org.apache.jserv.JServ "C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache
Jserv\conf\jserv.properties"
