It appears almost to occur randomly. Saw the FAQ about "Too many files" on Solaris but unsure if this could apply to Linux. Can it? I have: JSERV1.1b2 Blackdown JDK1.2 JSDK2.0 JSSI1.1b2 Redhat 6.1 2.2.13 kernel 512 M RAM SMP SingleThreadModel servlets outputting some HTML and handling a bit of sessions. "Too many files" is output to the jserv logs. Hope background data is enough, ask an I'll post some more. Clues anyone?
