Hi Jon,
I will try to update that new faq in my spare time but I have some
questions.
It is hard to copy and paste the html on the cached version? (I just feel
lost in those tags) But there are some mail addresses and links lost if we
just copy and paste the text version.
What is the appropriate way  you recommend?
