Think wrapper.classpath is used by Jserv/Apache to invoke JVM (in the
command like "java -classpath $CLASSPATH org.apache.jserv.JServ
$JSERV/jserv.properties) while repositories directive in your zone
properties file is used to create a classLoader to load/reload servlets.

PS. cocoon is good, but it seems the fop.jar in Cocoon 1.5 distribution
does not work with Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0. It only works with Acrobat
Reader 3.0.
