That's what I tought but the dns seems to work. 
I've tried to change the bind property in the jserv.properties file with 
the ip address and I got this error in the error.log

ApacheJServ/1.1b3: Exception creating the server socket: 
java.net.SocketException: create (code=10106)

I think that there is some evironment variable or something else that 
Jserv don't know where to get it on a NT .
