Most of the time when I've seen this it was because of a JDBC connection
pool problem...try to isolate your problem.....You may want to look at
that. Also, it's easy to upgrade to 1.1b3...you may wish to do that as
well.....I'm not sure what bugs were fixed..I would check, since there was
the introduction of a new protocol...also old conf/property file changes.
