Sigh, I know. Don't forget that the entire site is checking into public CVS.

I would like to see us start talking about a release in 1-2 months. The
software is usable today (example: Jyve) so please don't let a release stop
you from trying it out. As for documentation and examples, we are working on
it, help is appreciated. John Mcnally recently added integration with
Freemarker which is VERY cool.
Jyve is a really really good example though because it takes advantage of
almost every aspect of Turbine (authentication, user tracking, email, ECS,
templates, localization, database, etc) and is quite powerful, but at the
same time is an easy to understand application. It should take you no time
at all to figure things out.
fyi, we are up to about 10-12 active developers now on Turbine and
growing/commiting code daily. I'm really enjoying this project.
