Is there any way to read the new JServ FAQ List with having to click on
every freaking link individually?
The FAQ page at
http://locus.apache.org/jyve-faq/Turbine/screen/DisplayTopics/action/SetAll/project_id/1/faq_id/1
has no link for listing everything at once (e.g., so I can use my
browser search function to search for an error message I'm
encountering).
Speaking of which, does anyone know why JServ's configure script
fails with the message
checking java... configure: error: java binary not found in
/usr/local/lib/jdk1.2/bin/
when /usr/local/lib/jdk1.2/bin/java works fine:
$ /usr/local/lib/jdk1.2/bin/java -version
java version "1.2"
Classic VM (build Linux_JDK_1.2_pre-release-v2, native threads, sunwjit)
$
$ ls -l /usr/local/lib/jdk1.2/bin/java
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 Sep 8 19:54
/usr/local/lib/jdk1.2/bin/java -> .java_wrapper
$ ls -l /usr/local/lib/jdk1.2/bin/.java_wrapper
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 2907 Jun 2 1999
/usr/local/lib/jdk1.2/bin/.java_wrapper
(That's a Blackdown JDK 1.2.2 port.)
