Hello,

I'm currently having problem accessing servlets from the apache server.

        Apache Web Server 1.3.11
        Apache JServe 1.1
Running Under Windows 95 with WinSock2 on Pentium III 450Mhz

After Installation (Web server: custom check all option, Jserv: custom check
all option), I have added in the line: Include
"C:/net/apachegroup/JServ/conf/jserv.conf" to httpd.conf

When i typed in the url: http://localhost or http://127.0.0.1 a webpage is
displayed saying the installation of the Apache Web Server was successful.

When i type in the url: http://localhost/jserv/ or http://127.0.0.1/jserv/ an
error occur and is as follows:

        Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /jserv/ on this server.

both browser (netscape 4.7) and web Server is running on the same machine.

Then when i type http://localhost/servlet/IsItWorking or
http://127.0.0.1/servlet/IsItWorking, an internal error occurs.

        Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [EMAIL PROTECTED] and inform them of
the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused
the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

What could be the problem? Please Help Me out here... Thanks in advance.

Jack
