Hi,

... having an 'Internal Server Error' with Apache/JServ somehow doesn't
immediately mean there's something wrong. Even if your configuration parameters
are correct, and even if the servlet is fine, we have run into these nice #500.
Every time, the error just goes away by restarting Apache/JServ, again...
sometimes even twice.

Some of it is voodoo... but some of the problems were caused by the overwriting
of back-end class archives with JServ running. If you shut everything down,
before any update, we could keep clear of these problems.
