You should put the jconn2.jar file in the repository list of your zone.properties
file. An example is something like
this:
repositories=C:\Apache JServ1.0\servlets,C:\sybase\driver\dir\jconn2.jar
Of course, this should be put in the zone with the servlet that it using it :)
