ajpv12 evolved between JServ 1.1b3 and 1.1final.

JServ1.1 works with ajpv12 (mod_jserv (JServ's one) and JServ)

Tomcat works with ajpv12 beta (mod_jserv version 1.1b3) and Tomcat.

We must upgrade ajpv12 in Tomcat to be able to use mod_jserv 1.1 from
JServ distribution.
