Hi,
I have not yet decided either. My favourites are:
US: KBMail (http://www.ebpcs.net/hosting/java_adv.html)
and
Switzerland (http://www.netzone.ch/netzone/h_details.html)
their homepage is german-only... but: the price for a .com
domain-name is cheaper than the official US-price!!! (about 20 US$
instead of 35 US$). Some friends have made reasonably goodc experiences.

good luck
Alexander Jesse

PS: let me know which one you choose. might help me with my decision
