Do you have Apache and Apache/JServ on different machines? If so, adjust
the parameter 'bindaddress' in jserv.properties to point to the machine
Apache/JServ is running.
It might also be a problem of ajpv11, try again after switching to
ajpv12 (parameter wrapper.protocol in jserv.properties and
ApJServDefaultProtocol in jserv.conf)
