Don't make us guess your problem!!! ---------------------------------------------------------------- Maybe this isn't the best solution on your applications, however, I can tell how I've configured a properties file into a jar file. I have statics objects to manage resources, so they are loaded when Apache starts, I don't know if you wants that. Then, in the jserv.properties file I've added "wrapper.classpath=C:\xxx\res.jar" where there is the properties file and it works perfectly.
