One suggestion. If I understand the ArrayOutofBounds, it is a servlet
exception which is an exception within the java part of the Apache/Jserv
combo. Maybe, rather than restarting Apache, try restarting the Jserv
part and leave Apache up. Then again, this may not work. You might want
to do this on a test machine first, unless some guru on the list can
verify that you do not want to just restart the virtual machine rather
than kill apache.
