I have the same problem. If I kill java, and restart apache, it will reload,
but that really sucks. There has to be a better way. I also have found that I
only have this problem when I have been running for a more then a day. When
testing new code, a simple apache restart will get the new class to load... but
even this is too much. The documentation says you only have to modify the class
date... *sigh*
