automatic mode & multiple hosts

Hi! I'm very new with jserv. I have been browsing the documentation since a few hours and I couldn't find an aswer to the following question:   Can an automatic-mode-configured mod_jserv speak AJP with remote jservs? Or the same: does the limitation of only one JVM (in automatic mode) apply only to the local host?   Thank you in advance, Carlos.
